Are you still looking for good reasons to have a home exercise program?
I could list you the benefits for hours on end, but in short, by doing sports at home you will:
- save time: no transport, no traffic jams, no queues at the treadmill …
- rest easy: at home, in front of your TV, while the meal is cooking…
- train whenever you want: in the morning, at noon or when you come home from work, in short when you want
Exercising without leaving your home is for me the most obvious solution to implement. Especially at the start of your fitness journey.
Even if you decide to join a gym one day after the other, having a home gym program still makes it easy to squeeze in a little workout. And it also works on vacation.
If you want to slim down, let off steam, tone, firm up or lose weight… Whether you are a mom, a student, a working girl, here are 5 good reasons to have a workout program at home.
And for these good reasons I didn’t even put “having a goddess body” so you see …
# 1 Stay home quietly
Whether it’s raining, shining or snowing for you: it doesn’t matter. Your training takes place warm at home.
You can put on the music that makes you happy (I’m this one right now), the little incense stick that goes well, put your meal in the oven while you do your workout.
No big buggers looking at you strangely at the gym, no travel time, no constraints in fact.
By getting back to the sport at home you decide your time and your training. This moment is yours.
# 2 Train whenever you want
Even at 3 a.m. Even if you have restrictive working hours. You set your own rules of the game. You create your schedule according to your available time.
It’s not like with a team sport or a sports class. You don’t need to adhere to fixed, precise schedules.
Exercising at home is the easiest way to get in shape for me. This is what got me back in shape. Now I also like to work out in the gym. I’m past the “fear of the gym” mark but I know I would always continue my workout routine at home.
I really like the ability to train quickly anytime, without constraints. And then hop when we have finished the meal comes out of the oven and we can eat directly ?
# 3 Sport in 30 minutes top time
30 minutes is 2% of a day. 2% is really nothing. 2% is 1min20 of an episode of Game of Throne. 2% is not even a square of chocolate from a bar like this …
Yeah 2% that’s peanuts.
Yet if you use 2% of your day well, you can transform your body, your health and your state of mind. In just 30 minutes, you have the chance to move, let off steam, tone up.
So of course, in 30 minutes you’ll have to be efficient and NOT blowing the wind. And in order not to stir the wind, you need the right exercises but above all the right way to perform them.
By staying at home, in 30 minutes of sport you can belong to the 2% of the population who have the body of a gazelle, the form of a gazelle and the mind of a lioness.
Frankly, if NOW RIGHT away, you’re still hesitant to have a home gym program, pfiou… Read on!
# 4 Put on mini shorts (or old pajamas)
You see before we played sports in this outfit:
Now Women Who Exercise Look Like Victoria’s Secret Models:
At least when you work out at home, whatever outfit you wear you’ll always be the sexiest. In pajamas or mini-shorts: you are the queen of sport.
If you want to treat yourself to a new outfit for working out, it’s over here.
# 5 Find your most beautiful figure even with a full life
I am speaking to:
- all mothers who do not have time to play sports because they have to take care of their little family
- to students who juggle their lessons and a little work
- to working girls who work hard
- all women who don’t have a home chef like Madonna …
You NECESSARILY have a busy life already. And I imagine you don’t have a chef or a butler. Which means you DON’T have all the time you want to exercise. This is normal: I understand. Neither do I have to do with my days.
Rather, it is about successfully squeezing a workout that feels good into your day. To make an appointment with your well-being for 30 minutes. To do you good: to you, your mind and your health!
